By visiting BIBTEX.RS, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use, which we will outline in detail below. Please read them carefully. Each time you make a purchase, you confirm that you are familiar with and accept these terms.

Customer Data Protection Statement

To process your order efficiently, we require specific personal data such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. This information allows us to deliver your goods and keep you informed about the status of your order. Additionally, we collect and analyze data regarding products you search for and purchase and the pages you visit on our website. We use this data to improve our product offering and website to provide you with a more secure and convenient shopping experience.

All customer data is kept strictly confidential and is only accessible to employees who need it to perform their duties. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users.

Product Description

BIBTEX.RS guarantees the quality and origin of all products, which are sourced either from authorized distributors or directly from manufacturers. We strive to provide accurate descriptions for every product, accompanied by photos and detailed text. If you have further questions about any product, feel free to contact our customer service (see the Contact page).

If a product you receive has a defect or does not meet your expectations, we offer exchange or return options.
Note: There may be slight color variations due to:

  1. Production lot differences, or
  2. Differences between the on-screen color display and the actual product.

Product Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in RSD (Serbian dinars), with VAT included. We commit to delivering the product at the price confirmed at the time of your order. Any price changes after your order confirmation will not affect the value of your purchase.

Depending on the total order value, shipping costs may either be included (free delivery) or charged separately.

Shipping Costs

We strive to offer free delivery for orders exceeding 12,000 RSD. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier's current rates.
Delivery is only available within the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo and Metohija.

Product Packaging

All products ordered from BIBTEX.RS are packaged to ensure their integrity during transportation.

Order Pickup

You can receive your ordered products as follows:

  • Home delivery via a courier service to the address provided during your registration.

Important:
Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the package for visible damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging, ask the courier to wait while you open the package to ensure that the contents are intact.
If you do not identify the damage before accepting the delivery, contact the courier service within 24 hours to report the issue and create a damage report. Following this procedure will protect your rights effectively.

Payment Methods

BIBTEX.RS supports the following payment options:

  1. Cash on delivery – Pay the courier in cash upon delivery.
  2. Bank transfer – Payment instructions will be sent via email upon order confirmation.
  3. Pro forma invoice – A pro forma invoice will be sent to your email, which you can use to make a payment.

Complaints

Our primary goal is to build trust with our customers and meet their needs and expectations. If, however, you are not satisfied with the product you receive, rest assured that your complaint will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

Product Returns

You are entitled to return or exchange products in the following cases:

  1. You receive the wrong product.
  2. You receive additional products that were not ordered but were invoiced.
  3. You change your mind and wish to cancel the purchase.

In these cases, we will refund the amount paid or exchange the product, according to your preference.

Return or Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The returned product must be unused and unopened.
  2. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. The product must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transport.
  4. All original documentation (receipt, delivery note, etc.) must be included.
  5. Upon receiving the returned item, BIBTEX will confirm its condition.
  6. If eligible, BIBTEX will refund the product’s value or provide an exchange within 14 days.

Note:

  • BIBTEX is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during transport.
  • In compliance with legal regulations, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

Changes to the Terms of Use

BIBTEX reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
All registered users will be notified of any changes via their registered email addresses.
It is considered that users accept the new terms with each subsequent purchase after the notification has been sent.
