How to Buy?

Registration

When visiting our website BIBTEX.RS for the first time, it is recommended to register, although you can complete a purchase even without registering. Registration makes future purchases easier every time you visit our online store.

The registration process is quick and simple. Click the "Registration" button located at the top of the page. Choose whether to register as an individual or a legal entity, fill in the required fields, and enter correct information. After completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.

Login

To access your account, you will need to log in. Click the "Login" button, which will open a window where you should enter the email and password used during registration. Once logged in, you can proceed with your purchase.

Forgot Your Password?

Ready for Online Shopping!

Shopping with us is easy. Follow these simple steps to complete and confirm your online order:

  1. Add products to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to each product.
  2. The cart summary with the total order amount will appear in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Once you click the "Buy" button, the order is final and will be processed immediately.

Please note: All orders placed before 10:00 AM on business days will be packed and shipped via express courier service on the same day, provided we confirm the order details with you. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Entering Customer and Delivery Information

At this step, provide the necessary customer details if you haven’t registered already, along with the delivery address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, please specify it. For individual purchases, use your personal ID details. For business orders, provide valid company information.

The delivery address is the location where you want the shipment to arrive. Please make sure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays or the return of the package. Incorrect details may lead to delivery issues.

Choosing a Payment Method

You can choose from the following payment options:

  • Bank transfer (using a payment slip)
  • Pro forma invoice
  • Cash on delivery (pay to the courier upon delivery)

Delivery

To ensure the accuracy of the order, all orders are verified before processing. We will contact you by phone to confirm the details provided. In case we are unable to verify the information, or if any discrepancies arise, BIBTEX reserves the right to cancel the order, and you will be notified by email.

Once validated, the ordered products will be shipped to the delivery address provided. We currently deliver only within the territory of the Republic of Serbia (excluding Kosovo and Metohija).

BIBTEX guarantees delivery within 72 hours from the moment the order is confirmed. If the total value of the order does not exceed 12,000 RSD, delivery charges will apply according to the current rates of the courier service.
